We are looking for dependable people with a proven work record for
light industrial factory positions. We have an excellent safety
record, over 720 days without a lost time accident. We will train,
however, previous manufacturing experience is a real plus. We offer
a clean working environment. Ability to work overtime as required.

LINE LEADER –
1ST, 2ND AND 3RD SHIFTS
Responsibilities:
Direct and guide the operation of a production line to produce a
quality product at specified quantities in a safe and cost-effective
manner. Perform quality checks, suggest improvements in production
speed and quality, ensure changeovers are done correctly and in
a timely manner, ensure production meets specifications, notify
Production Coordinator regarding any raw material, component or
quality problems, mechanical problems, supervise production line,
handle minor personnel issues. See job description for more information.
Experience:
High School diploma. Must be able to read, write and understand
basic English. Proficient in basic math. Prior experience leading
a team or supervising in a factory setting, ability to perform a
multitude of tasks, work under pressure, organized, good attendance
and work history.
